PILATES

Strong, Lean & Flexible

Mat classes are available for all abilities. In my classes, I make sure that I layer exercises to be suitable for different levels of ability; so there will always be something for you! I love Pilates because it is accessible to everyone. Every exercise can be modified to be more gentle or very challenging. I never stop learning and am always finding ways to improve exercises or teach and 'cue' in a different way to improve everyone's technique.

I also offer 1-2-1 mat and reformer sessions at my private studio.

Due to COVID, classes were on zoom. These were very popular as even though the classes were online, I still help you achieve your goals as if I were there. I am now offering 3 face to face and 1 on Zoom. However, the live classes can also be Zoomed!
